What a week for ICF professional coaching!

International Coaching Week 2025 was all about celebrating the power and effectiveness of coaching — and ICF Belgium did it in style. The pictures speaks for themselves!

To mark the 30th anniversary of the International Coaching Federation, we brought together professional coaches and corporate experts for something bold: the very first Coaching Hackathon in Belgium. Five teams. One day. Countless sparks of innovation.

Teams self-organized around topics they felt passionate about — from AI and inclusion to systemic change and leadership transformation. The energy in the room was contagious, with bold ideas, deep conversations, and powerful collaboration — in three languages, all at once.

“It was inspiring to witness this vibrant coaching community in action — not just talking about the future, but building it together.”
“The originality, the immersive experience, the intelligence of the head and the heart… it particularly touched the heart.”

Each team brought something unique: fresh perspectives, practical tools, and a clear drive to shape the coaching of tomorrow. Choosing a winner. Far from easy. As one jury member put it:

“So much value. So much creativity.”

What truly stood out was the spirit of connection: just a shared purpose — to ensure coaching continues to drive human well-being, leadership, and transformation.

Some particpants descibed it like:

“The power of diverse perspectives when we think together is incredible.”
“We have a responsibility to shape the evolution of our profession — not just react to it.”
