Personal leadership and human connection are at the core of key skills for coaches and leaders
This two-day training — enriched with individual coaching and based on J. Stein’s scientific EQ-i 2.0 model — teaches you to read emotions, regulate them, and use them as a source of strength in your leadership. We combine insights from emotional intelligence, neurological resilience, and organizational psychology.
You will learn, among other things, to work with the functioning of the brain in times of change: how your sympathetic vs. parasympathetic system influences your reactions and how you can consciously regulate it as a leader.
Emotional intelligence is not a luxury, it is an essential condition for healthy functioning — especially in “turbo” periods. You will learn to recognize and regulate your triggers, automatisms, and inner beliefs in order to lead with calm rather than react by reflex.
Effects of this training
- Your attitude towards emotions will evolve in a sustainable way: you will be more able to consider them instead of avoiding them.
- You will leave with keys to activate your emotional resilience, useful in delicate situations.
- Your fear of emotions will transform into acceptance.
- You will learn to safeguard yourself from extreme emotional polarities.
- You will become aware of your own pitfalls around emotions and emotional intelligence.
