Since 2013, Patricia Lambert has been an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC - 10.000 hours+) specializing in Executive Leadership and Career Management who truly works internationally, serving individuals and corporations worldwide.

Global Reach: Africa, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and the U.S.

She started in our resourceful coaching profession more than 25 years ago.

Coaching individuals and executives from various backgrounds (including C-suite, managers, entrepreneurs, liberal professions, and artists) is a vocation. She enjoys working in diverse and complex universes from large multinationals to SMEs, in the profit and non-profit sectors, for multiple United Nations agencies around the globe (25+), the World Bank Group, and African federal governments (Health, Finance & Economy). 

After graduating from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, Patricia has corporate experience in talent advisory, senior executive staffing, international mobility, career management, and leadership valuation.



She offers a genuine interest in people and a strong belief in the talent deployment of each human being within and outside of organizational "systems". Engaging in a coaching experience with her is a journey of clarity, alignment, and inspirational transformation.
