I have a long track record in organizational development as an HR-generalist and former corporate OD manager. As a result, I know how to make the connection between the individual perspective and the business perspective. For more than 30 years I have been the strategic business partner, mentor and coach of entrepreneurs, top executives and senior leaders.
As a coach, I act as the touchstone for my clients. By asking probing questions I invite them to make their own professional choices despite the changes imposed by the environment, to (re)discover the core of their personal leadership and to develop the competencies that are necessary to operate in complex organizations. I strongly focus on developing a sensitivity for the informal aspects of the organization and learning to participate in the influencing processes in the organization.
