Why I Coach

What do I do in my spare time?

I fill my energy tank by spending time with the people I love. Connection fuels me—whether it’s deep conversations over coffee, shared laughter, or simply being present with those who matter most.

To take care of my mind and body, I head to the yoga studio or immerse myself in art exhibitions. Attending conferences and traveling fuel my brain and oxygenate my mind, refreshing my thinking and feeding my curiosity. And when I need a reset, a simple walk in nature always brings me back to center.
