Recap of the first ICF Belgium Prism Award
In December 2018, we announced the launch of the very first ICF Belgium Prism Award, an exclusive prize to honor organisations advocating for a strong professional coaching culture!
Although our Prism Award is based on the model of the International Prism Award, it is truly unique thanks to our partnership with the HR Excellence Awards. It is the first time in the world that a local Prism Award is embedded in a Ceremony gathering over 600 HR decision makers, positioning ICF and ICF Belgium as the reference in professional coaching for organisations in Belgium.
Recognizing this as a great opportunity, ICF supported ICF Belgium with a Trade Show Grant to ensure a long-term partnership with the HR Excellence Awards.
Within the application period from April to July 2019, we received numerous positive reactions which is very encouraging. The second edition will be even better than the first one!
Few organisations were nominated, resulting in two finalists (nominees fulfilling the eligibility criteria):
- Actiris
- Julhiet-Kienbaum Consortium
In September, a jury composed of ICF credentialed members, all living and practicing abroad, selected the winner. The winner, Julhiet-Kienbaum Consortium was announced on November 14, during the prestigious HR Excellence Award Ceremony.
A huge thanks to the members of ICF Belgium who turned this dream into a reality:
Elisabeth Meinertzhagen, Béatrice Burton, Nolwen Grassin, Stéphane Burignat & Murielle Denis, you are amazing!
We are getting ready for the second edition. Sign up here and be the first to know about the eligibility criteria, the process and the opening of the nomination period.
