Throwback: ICF Belgium September event 2023

What a great evening!

Since our announced speaker unfortunately had to cancel, HR Director at BNP Paribas Fortis, Leen Teunen took over. And that, she did with great enthusiasm.

She took us through the set-up of a major transition at BNP Paribas Fortis and we learned about her experience with agile and the importance of the buy-in of all stakeholders during such processes.

She ended on a funny note: "Stay away from negative people. They have a problem for every solution.' A quote - from Albert Einstein - that is thankfully irrelevant within our community!
