Cher Membre ICF Belgium,
Nous vous convions à la deuxième Assemblée Générale Ordinaire de l'ICF Belgium qui se tiendra en ligne, le 6 juin 2024 à 18h00.
Lors de l'Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire du 14 mai 2024, le nombre minimum de 50% des membres n'était pas atteint. Une deuxième Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire est nécessaire.
L’assemblée Générale est le pouvoir souverain de l'organisation. Elle est composée de tous les membres actifs ayant payé leurs cotisations à la fois à ICF International et à ICF Belgium, comme précisé dans les statuts.
L'ordre du jour sera le suivant :
1. Approbation du rapport d’activité 2023
2. Approbation des comptes annuels 2023
3. Décharge aux administrateurs et représentants pour 2023
4. Validation du budget 2024
5. Election de l'Organe d'Administration
L'Assemblée Générale se conclura à 19h00. En cas d'absence, vous pouvez donner procuration à un membre ICF.

Geacht ICF Belgium lid,
We nodigen U vriendelijk uit voor een tweede Algemene Vergadering van ICF Belgium die online zal plaats vinden, 6 juni 2024 om 18u00.
De minimum meerderheid van 50% van de leden was niet aanwezig tijdens de vergadering van 14 mei 2024. Een tweede Buitengewone Algemene Vergadering is dus nodig.
De Algemene Vergadering vertegenwoordigt de soevereine macht van de Organisatie. Ze wordt gevormd door alle actieve leden die hun lidgeld hebben betaald aan zowel ICF Internationaal als ICF Belgium, zoals bepaald in het reglement.
Op het programma staan volgende topics:
1. Goedkeuren van het activiteitenverslag 2023
2. Goedkeuring van de jaarrekening 2023
3. Kwijting aan de bestuurders en vertegenwoordigers voor 2023
4. Goedkeuring van de begroting 2024
5. Verkiezing van het Bestuurorgaan
De Algemene Vergadering zal eindigen om 19u00.
In geval van afwezigheid, kunt u volmacht aan een ICF-lid geven.

Dear ICF Belgium Member,
We invite you to attend the ICF Belgium second Ordinary General Assembly which will be online, on June 6th 2024 at 6pm.
During the first assembly on May 14th 2024 the majority of at least 50% attendance of members was not reached, a second Extraordinary General Assembly has thus to be scheduled.
The General Assembly is the sovereign power of the organization. It is made up of all the active members who have paid their memberships to both ICF International and ICF Belgium, as set in the bylaws.
Following topics will be presented.
1. Approval of the 2023 activity report
2. Approval of the 2023 annuals accounts
3. Discharge to directors and representatives for 2023
4. Validation of the 2024 budget
5. Election of the Administration Body
The General Assembly will finish at 7:00 PM.
In case of absence, you can give proxy to an ICF member.
