Hello, I'm Piotr Oszytko, a former Corps of Engineers Polish NAVY Commander (now reserve) turned Business Innovation Coach. With extensive experience in strategic project development, portfolio coordination, program management, and internal auditing for multi-billion-euros strategic projects, I am here to help you achieve your business goals.

About Me

After an illustrious career in the Polish NAVY, where I served as a Commander, I transitioned into the business world. Today, I bring a wealth of experience in strategic project development and business innovation. My journey as a coach began in 2018 with the European Commission/EASME, providing coaching services for the Horizon 2020 and now Horizon Europe programs. To date, I have supported over 20 companies through the EIC Accelerator, enriching their commercialization and innovation journeys.

I hold a Business Coach Diploma from PriceWaterhouseCoopers, a rigorous 5-month, in-person course accredited by ICF (Level 1) and EMCC (Practitioner level). I am currently pursuing further accreditation at ICF (ACC level) and EMCC (Practitioner level).
