Certified Master Coach from International Coaching Institute, I am passionate about supporting leaders who work in intercultural environments. My life journey, both personal and professional, has deeply enriched my approach as a coach.

Born in an intercultural context, adaptation has always been a constant in my life. From a young age, my native language shifted from Russian to Kinyarwanda, and later to French, as I moved between different countries and cultures. Each transition allowed me to absorb the richness of the sounds, nuances, and cultures surrounding me.

This adaptability, the curiosity about the world, and my business education have all shaped my professional journey. Drawn to roles that allowed me to explore diverse environments, I navigated fields ranging from small and medium businesses, NGOs to government institution. I have also ventured into entrepreneurship, founding and managing two companies. Throughout my career, I’ve led operations and managed complex projects, thriving in dynamic multicultural settings across 10 countries.

Today, I support leaders from various fields with dedication, in both English and French, in reconnecting with the essence, the source of all actions aligned with their professional goals, while helping them convey it within their environment.
