Marquisa S. Nash is a Global HR Executive, certified Organizational Executive & Leadership Coach, and the Founder of The HR Savant, a boutique coaching practice founded in the United States and expanding in Brussels to serve leaders internationally.

With more than 20 years of HR leadership in global organizations across chemicals, aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing, Marquisa partners with executives and leadership teams at pivotal moments of transition, transformation, and growth. She specializes in executive transition coaching, executive and leadership development, team coaching and facilitation, succession and leadership pipeline development, culture and change leadership, and career and mobility coaching.

Her approach integrates the science of evidence-based frameworks (IECL, Prosci Change Management, Six Sigma) with the art of leadership conversations, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainable transformation.

Alongside her corporate leadership role, Marquisa is actively expanding her boutique practice in Brussels while remaining fully engaged in her global HR executive responsibilities.
