Manu Henrard

Summary

Manu is a Master Certified Executive & Leadership Coach (MCC - ICF). He founded Ninedots in 2010 with the personal ambition to promote business leadership that creates meaningful productivity. Manu helps leaders develop their leadership presence, their impact and their ability to stay grounded and effective inside of conflict, uncertainty and discomfort.

His unique approach, called Embodied Leadership, blends executive coaching, practices inspired by martial arts and modern neuroscience.

Corporate and management Experience

Manu has a wealth of management and consulting experience gained working as a Director for a leading Executive Search company. This experience has given him an understanding of the complexity of senior executive’s work and the pressure they share. His responsibilities included: international strategy, business development, client relationship management, team management and Executive Search processes at C-level.

The last decade Manu has accompanied hundreds of leaders across industries, from Coca-Cola cy, Volkswagen, and Suez to Microsoft, P&G, LVMH, Belfius and many others.

Since early 2018, Manu co-develops for the Solvay Brussels School MBA the digital executive leadership program: “Leading authentically in digital times”. What distinguishes this course is a unique mind-body approach to leadership development.

Training and accreditation

Alongside his MBA, Manu is a certified Executive Coach from HEC Paris and an Executive Somatic Coach trained at the Strozzi Institute for Embodied Leadership (California). He also hold a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and a certification from Newfield Network (Colorado) in ontological coach .

​Manu is also certified to deliver The Leadership Circle Profile 360°, a world class assesment linking leadership effectiveness with internal beliefs and behaviors. 

​His development path is grounded in years of embodied practice, including Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), multiple Vipassana retreats, and advanced work in trauma awareness, somatic resilience, and collective intelligence.
