My greatest ambition is to guide groups and individuals in a holistic and profound way to a meaningful and fulfilling life. From that passion, I have been providing trainings and individual sessions since 1985. I have also been active as a guest teacher in schools, as a mentor for executives, as a team coach for organizations and as a keynote speaker. Since 2001, I have been conducting the ICF accredited GEA Holistic Coach Training Program. 

In My search for the most effective methods and processes for healing and sustainable positive change, over the past 20 years I developed several holistic coaching models and healing techniques, which have been used more and more by both individuals and professional counselors: Self-Integration, Helend Spreken, the Key of Creation, the Direct Emotional Release, the 7-Generation Healing and the PAVA^®-awareness model. 

Of all these methods the PAVA^®-awareness model is the culmination of my years of expertise. It is the result of more than 20 years of research. In this model I have mapped all the factors that directly determine the level of consciousness (the combination of effectiveness, well-being and meaning) for everyone at any given moment. It allows you to measure and increase your level of well-being and life wisdom in any situation.
