Senior Executive with 20 years of experience in managerial positions: I coach leaders to develop their leadership posture, improve their communication skills, manage transitions, feel confident in their role, deal with conflict differently, embody a new function or to be prepared for the next steps in their career.
In addition to the classic coaching training, I am a master practitioner in NLP, accredited in somatic coaching, emotional intelligence, systemic coaching and constellations. My method is to listen carefully to the verbal and non-verbal language of my clients and coach them to explore new paths, overcome obstacles, build on their values, deconstruct limiting beliefs and also find the talents, the resources within themselves to achieve their objectives.
This allows my clients to get to know themselves deeper, to develop their self-confidence, their self-esteem, to perform better and to be more effective in developing their potential and that of their co-workers.
