The Academy for Coach Supervision & Mentoring (ACSM) focuses on preparing experienced coaches to become professional supervisors.
Founded by Sylviane Cannio and Ludmila Kostandova, the academy offers a “Professional Certificate in Integral Generative Supervision.” This 170-hour ESQA programme runs over eleven months and is delivered mainly online, combining webinars, live demonstrations, peer practice, and individual reflection.
OUR PROMISE
- Meets European Mentoring and Coaching Council (ESQA) and International Coaching Federation (CCEUs) standards - leads to both accreditations
- For senior practitioners prepared to move into supervision, sharpen their practice, and transform ‘Doing’ into ‘Being’.
- Grounded in systemic, ontological, and psychodynamic approaches
- Structured into seven modules covering: Core supervision principles, Ethical frameworks, Group supervision, Supervision of Team Coaches, Use of emerging tools, including AI, etc.
AN INTEGRAL GENERATIVE APPROACH
Includes:
- Support from a personal tutor
- Regular peer interaction
- Dedicated space for reflective practice
- Supports progression toward EMCC ESIA accreditation
- Your supervision as supervisor (four hours compulsory for EMCC)
Encourages the development of a supervision practice that is both rigorous and personally meaningful.
