Lors de cette conférence, nous découvrirons les spécificités des TDAH, HPI, HPE… dans les apprentissages et nous obtiendrons quelques pistes sur la manière de gérer ces personnalités en classe ou pendant les activités. Nous apprenons, entre autres, comment détecter ces profils pour mieux les aider, notamment grâce à l'IA.

Cette séance nous offrira un moment de réflexion sur les enjeux d'un bon accompagnement pour un apprentissage adapté visant le mieux-être des jeunes adultes. 

Celle-ci favorisera également une introspection éclairante sur notre propre mode de fonctionnement et notre style de communication.

À propos du locuteur :

Anne-France Pottier est enseignante en langues germaniques depuis 1998, agrégée en philologie germanique, formée à la gestion mentale dans les profils atypiques, en ludopédagogie et en pédagogie différenciée. Passionnée par les processus d'apprentissage, la gestion des émotions et le développement personnel, elle nous parlera de ce qui l'a amenée à créer la Smile School, une école privée pour les adolescents aux profils atypiques.

Objectifs d'apprentissage :  

Les coachs présents seront invités à jouer un rôle d'animateur au sein de petits groupes afin d'induire le partage d'expériences et/ou rechercher des pistes de solutions pour gérer un enfant/ado atypique pendant ses devoirs sur base de situations vécues par les participants. Tant le contenu de la conférence que les échanges favoriseront une réflexion approfondie, les prises de conscience et de nouvelles connexions entre les participants.

Si la session s'adresse à tous les participants, elle constituera pour les membres de l'ICF une véritable opportunité d'apprentissage afin d'élargir leurs compétences en coaching et les appliquer dans un contexte spécifique, en mettant notamment l'accent sur les compétences requises par l'ICF.

Cible publique :

Celui-ci peut être composé de coachs scolaires, coachs parentaux, psychologues, personnel de centres PMS, professeurs, éducateurs, médecins et toute personne confrontée aux comportements incompréhensibles des adolescents et jeunes adultes.

Incomprehensible behaviors of atypical young adults (ADHD, giftedness, high sensitivity, …) – Understanding and responding to develop mutual well-being

During this conference, we will discover the specific characteristics of ADHD, giftedness, high sensitivity… in learning, and we will obtain some guidance on how to manage these personalities in the classroom or during activities. Among other things, we will learn how to detect these profiles in order to better support them, notably thanks to AI.

This session will offer us a moment of reflection on the challenges of proper support for adapted learning aimed at the well-being of young adults.

It will also foster an enlightening introspection on our own mode of functioning and our communication style.

About the speaker:

Anne-France Pottier has been a teacher of Germanic languages since 1998, holds a postgraduate teaching qualification in Germanic philology, and is trained in mental management for atypical profiles, game-based pedagogy, and differentiated instruction. Passionate about learning processes, emotional management, and personal development, she will talk about what led her to create the Smile School, a private school for adolescents with atypical profiles.

Learning objectives:

The coaches present will be invited to take on a facilitator role within small groups in order to encourage the sharing of experiences and/or to seek possible solutions for managing an atypical child/teenager during homework, based on situations experienced by the participants. Both the content of the conference and the exchanges will foster in-depth reflection, awareness, and new connections between participants.

While the session is intended for all participants, it will constitute for ICF members a real learning opportunity to broaden their coaching skills and apply them in a specific context, with particular emphasis on the competencies required by the ICF.

Target audience:

This may include school coaches, parental coaches, psychologists, staff of PMS centers, teachers, educators, doctors, and anyone confronted with incomprehensible behaviors of adolescents and young adults.

Onbegrijpelijk gedrag bij atypische jongvolwassenen (ADHD, hoogbegaafdheid, hoogsensitiviteit, …) - Begrijpen en reageren om wederzijds welzijn te ontwikkelen

Tijdens deze conferentie ontdekken we de specifieke kenmerken van ADHD, hoogbegaafdheid en hoogsensitiviteit binnen leerprocessen, en krijgen we enkele handvatten aangereikt om met deze persoonlijkheden om te gaan in de klas of tijdens activiteiten. We leren onder andere hoe we deze profielen kunnen herkennen om hen beter te begeleiden, met name dankzij AI.

Deze sessie biedt ons een moment van reflectie over de uitdagingen van een goede begeleiding voor aangepast leren, gericht op het welzijn van jongvolwassenen.

Daarnaast stimuleert ze een verhelderende introspectie over ons eigen functioneren en onze communicatiestijl.

Over de spreker:

Anne-France Pottier is sinds 1998 docente Germaanse talen, geaggregeerde in de Germaanse filologie, en opgeleid in mentale begeleiding van atypische profielen, spelgebaseerd leren en gedifferentieerd onderwijs. Gepassioneerd door leerprocessen, emotiemanagement en persoonlijke ontwikkeling, zal zij vertellen wat haar ertoe bracht de Smile School op te richten, een privéschool voor adolescenten met atypische profielen.

Leerdoelstellingen:

De aanwezige coaches worden uitgenodigd om een rol als facilitator op te nemen binnen kleine groepen, om het delen van ervaringen te stimuleren en/of oplossingsrichtingen te zoeken voor het begeleiden van een atypisch kind of adolescent tijdens het maken van huiswerk, op basis van situaties die door de deelnemers worden ingebracht. Zowel de inhoud van de conferentie als de uitwisselingen bevorderen diepgaande reflectie, bewustwording en nieuwe verbindingen tussen deelnemers.

Hoewel de sessie gericht is op alle deelnemers, vormt zij voor ICF-leden een waardevolle leeropportuniteit om hun coachingvaardigheden te verbreden en deze toe te passen binnen een specifieke context, met bijzondere aandacht voor de competenties vereist door de ICF.

Dit kan bestaan uit schoolcoaches, oudercoaches, psychologen, personeel van PMS-centra, leerkrachten, opvoeders, artsen en iedereen die geconfronteerd wordt met onbegrijpelijk gedrag van adolescenten en jongvolwassenen.
