I’m Raf Seymus: entrepreneur, ICF-certified executive coach, and leadership partner based in Antwerp, Belgium.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked where technology, talent, and leadership meet.
I’ve built and scaled companies, taken one through a successful exit, and had to close another when markets shifted. Those highs and lows taught me what no MBA ever could: humility, resilience, perseverance and how to deliver hard news without losing your humanity.
That mix, the energy of scaling, the pain of closing, and the hard work in between shaped Enso.
My background spans orthopedagogy, leadership science, and ICF-certified coaching. I’ve guided hundreds of professionals and leaders through transitions, strategy shifts, co-founder challenges, and the silent moments after success.
But beyond coaching, I also mentor and partner. Sometimes you need reflection, sometimes you need someone who’s lived it. My work blends both: deep coaching for awareness, practical mentorship for execution, and partnership for sustainable leadership growth.
