I am a passionate executive coach (Master Certified Coach by ICF), a coach supervisor (ESIA by EMCC), a team coach (ACTC by ICF), facilitator and trainer. I have a strong interest in executive coaching with tech profiles & entrepreneurs.

I am an enthusiastic Professor of Management Practice at Solvay Brussel School of Economics & Management where I teach Data Science and lead Business Analytics Executive Education Programs. My teaching has been recognized by a senior teaching award in 2019.

At Solvay, I'm also Head of Career Development Programs in Advanced Masters and EMBA and an executive coach in Lifelong Learning Programs.

I have more recently joined some boards and advisory boards and hold a Diploma in Corporate Governance.

I have also dedicated some time to academic research activities in the domain of coaching.

I am a lifelong learner. I hold a PhD in Physics, a Master of Business Administration, a Master in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology, some Executive Education credentials in Leadership from IMD, Lausanne, in Marketing from The Wharton School, Philadelphia, PA, US, a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from CSA International, and some coaching certificates in Process Communication Model, Ontological Coaching, Enneagram, MBTI, Values, Appreciative Inquiry, Leadership Embodiment, Vertical Development, ...

I had spent 20 years in the corporate world in senior management roles. My domain of expertise has always been around data science, strategic marketing analytics, customer intelligence, innovation and change management. I had occupied different management functions in Energy, Telco’s, Public Sector and Financial Services industries.
