Lars Wagner, PCC

Lars Wagner is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and an Integral Master Coach® trained by Integral Coaching Canada. Originally from Germany and now based in Belgium, he brings over 12 years of experience as an Agile Coach, working with international organizations across industries to support more adaptive, collaborative, and human-centered ways of working.

Lars specializes in leadership and team development in complex environments. He has coached numerous senior leaders and leadership teams, supporting them in expanding their awareness, strengthening their leadership capabilities, and navigating change with greater clarity and resilience. His work integrates developmental coaching, systemic perspectives, and practical business experience.

In recent years, Lars has deepened his focus on reflective practice, supervision, and vertical development. He is trained in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) and certified in tools such as the Leadership Circle Profile®. His approach combines cognitive, emotional, and somatic dimensions to support sustainable growth.

Lars believes that meaningful development requires courage—the willingness to step beyond comfort zones, question assumptions, and engage with what is difficult. He creates a calm, thoughtful space where clients can explore patterns, unlock new perspectives, and grow into their full potential.
