Emmanuelle Sangouard

For 15 years, Emmanuelle worked as a marketing professional for various companies in the FMCG industry (L’Oréal, Unilever, and Sara Lee). She worked for international and local businesses with a focus on developing brands and bringing to market cutting-edge product innovations.

As of 2000, at Unilever, she had the opportunity to benefit from an excellent training and mentoring program. She also served as a go-to person for young recruits and spent some time guiding colleagues in their career choices. Thanks to this experience, she has learned a lot about HR and project management or the link between company culture and business success. She has continued supporting friends, former colleagues, and clients with tailored advice about people management.

Emmanuelle's professional evolution continued as she transitioned to a marketing and business consultant in 2010. Alongside her consulting work, she remained committed to personal growth, focusing on enhancing her problem-solving and facilitation skills.

The year 2020 marked a significant milestone in her career as she successfully coached two clients in leadership, negotiation, and HR management. Today, Emmanuelle is a certified Leadership and Performance Coach from Brown University. She coaches clients in different time zones in English or French.
