Hello, I am Brigitte Ballings. Although I have "Brussels" rootsn I'm livin and working in Bredene at the wonderful Belgian coast.

In June 17, I completely switched my career and my life, after having worked for 31 years in a big financial institution.

When looking for a name for my company I choose Bounce Back Coaching, not only because of my well-known initials ;-)! but because I believe that everyone can bounce back after a setback.

My passion lies in coaching people who are at a turning point in their lives, forced or spontaneous, private or professional. I therefore call myself a transition, resilience and career coach. Outplacement guidance, stress-burnout & perfectionism coaching also belong to my palette.

In addition, I also have a passion for books and writing: in 2016, I wrote the book "A step back? No way!" (available in Dutch & English) in which I tell my experience with "demotion"; how my step back in 2012 was my most valuable career step and chaged my life forever.

Finally, I am also a keynote speaker and facilitator of workshops & trainings.

I coach in Dutch, French end English.

I coach mainly in a remote way (via Zoom, Teams, Whereby or other technologies) and face to face - preferably in the beautiful surroundings here in Bredene!
