How was the New Year's Party?
Op 11 januari vierden we het begin van een nieuw jaar en de nieuwe ICF-certificeringen die in 2020 waren behaald: 73 in totaal! Terug naar ons virtueel feestje...
We begonnen met netwerken op Gather.town, waar iedereen zich vrij kon bewegen als in een mini-videogame en via videoconferentie kon interageren met deelnemers in de buurt. Het was zeer leuk en ontspannen. Perfect voor een feestelijk en informeel feestje.
Voorafgaand aan de conferentie gaf Gaëtane ons een kort verslag van alles wat ICF België in 2020 heeft bereikt en de plannen voor 2021. De pdf van zijn presentatie vindt u hier.
In 2020 organiseerden we 13 ICF Belgium-evenementen, 4 ICF BENE-evenementen en 14 ICF Synergie evenementen. We lanceerden de Zoom Cafés voor interne coaches. Wij hebben geïnvesteerd in onze aanwezigheid in de pers en op de sociale media, in een maatschappelijke bijdrage met de samenwerking met het Rode Kruis.
In 2021 zullen al deze projecten worden voortgezet en zullen we er nog meer aan toevoegen: de Coach Groeipool, nieuwe workshops, de ICF rebranding van onze website en communicatie, een grotere online aanwezigheid waardoor leden de Replays van ICF Belgium conferenties kunnen bekijken en live evenementen vanop afstand kunnen volgen!
De avond werd afgesloten met een conferentie van Nadja El Fertasi over Emotionele Intelligentie.
"Maar hoe doen we het allemaal?" Je kunt het je afvragen.
Dankzij jou! Lid zijn van ICF Belgium betekent ook een handje toesteken aan een project dat je nauw aan het hart ligt.

Nous avons commencé par un networking sur Gather.town ou chacun était libre de se déplacer comme dans un mini jeu vidéo et d’interagir par vidéo conférence avec les participants proches. Très divertissant et relax. Parfait pour une partie festive et informelle.
Avant la conférence, Gaëtane nous a fait un petit compte rendu de tout ce qu’ICF Belgium a réalisé en 2020 et des projets pour 2021. Vous retrouverez le pdf de sa présentation ici.
En 2020, nous avons organisés 13 événements ICF Belgium, 4 événements ICF BENE et 14 événements ICF Synergie et lancé les Zoom Cafés pour les coaches internes. Nous avons investi dans notre présence dans la presse et sur les médias sociaux, dans une contribution sociétale avec la collaboration avec la Croix Rouge.
En 2021, tous ces projets continuent et nous y ajoutons encore d’autres: la pépinière de coaches, des ateliers, le rebranding, une présence en ligne accrue qui permettra aux membres de revoir les replays des conférence ICF Belgium et qui permettra de suivre à distance des événements organisés en présentiel!
La soirée s’est clôturée avec la conférence de Nadja El Fertasi sur l’Intelligence Emotionnelle.

On January 11th, we celebrated the beginning of a new year and the new ICF certifications obtained in 2020: 73 in total! A quick look back at our virtual party...
We started by networking on Gather.town where everyone was free to move around like in a mini video game and interact via video conference with close participants. Very entertaining and relaxed. Perfect for a festive and informal part.
Before the conference, Gaëtane gave us a short report on everything ICF Belgium has achieved in 2020 and our plans for 2021. You can find the pdf of his presentation here.
In 2020, we organised 13 ICF Belgium events, 4 ICF BENE events and 14 ICF Synergy events and launched the Zoom Cafés for internal coaches. We have invested in our presence in the press and on social media, in a societal contribution with the collaboration with the Red Cross.
In 2021, all these projects will continue and we will add more: the Coach Incubator, workshops, rebranding, an increased online presence that will allow members to review the replays of ICF Belgium conferences and to follow live events from a distance!
