Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Justice are themes addressed as a core project within ICF Global.

The three speakers will each address them in their context and culture. Indeed these themes are not universal, but totally linked to the various cultures and historical pasts of each country, see region of the world.

Legislation around the world is also at very different stages, especially compared to Europe.

Each person is an actor in this area, with all their feelings, their past, their situation. How do we individually perceive this issue? How do we act to change the situation?

And above all, how can coaching be an important vector of development in this context?

Come in large numbers to this presentation of this current topic and come and participate actively in the open debates during this event organized as part of the International Coaching Week 2023 by ICF BELGIUM. Details of our program and speakers below.
