Monika Ray

As a coach, I believe that every person has a great potential for change. I support expats in Brussels and EU officials who look for change, who face big or small challenges in their personal or professional lives, who have got “stuck”, and who look for a new direction: people who believe that they have the power to change, but are not sure how.

A sociologist by education, I have over 25 years of professional experience in both private and public sectors. I have worked in politics, lobbying, public relations, advertising and various fields of European policies including environment and climate change advocacy. I am now delighted to be working in my chosen field of coaching, which has long interested me, and which has become my passion.



Fifteen years in managerial positions has taught me to listen to people, to respect their views and values, their characters, dreams and ambitions, and to draw from and build on the differences in social environments. I have learned how to get satisfaction and achieve success through teamwork and leadership.
