My educational background includes the following: License in Applied Economics (UCL, Belgium), Master of Business Administration University of Chicago, USA), 3rd cycle on Start Up Business Development (Solvay Business School, Belgium).
My previous professional background: 4 years as a young manager in US based energy multinational and 18 years as a successful serial entrepreneur in IT sector.
Now as a senior executive coach (15+ years and 5.000+ hours of practice), my role is to help leaders reinvent themselves (so they can step up to the challenge of delivering more at higher quality with fewer resources in a more disrupted world, in a way that respects their values and their yearning for more fun).
And as an independent coach supervisor (i.e. not linked to a particular coaching school), my role is to help seasoned and new coaches become better coaches (so they can relax and address the various dimensions of coaching in a smooth way, for the sake of their clients, the various stakeholders, and their own personal development).
